Privacy: how your waitlist details are used

This page covers the ApplyMaxx waitlist only. ApplyMaxx isn't live yet, and this page doesn't collect CVs.

Who is responsible

ApplyMaxx is run by its founder, Jeff. Questions, corrections and deletion requests go to jobileecareerservices@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, which are required.
• The role you're looking for and how you heard about ApplyMaxx, which are optional.
• A record that you agreed to be emailed, and the time you joined.

Why we collect it

• Your name and email address are used to send your confirmation, to tell you when the first release opens, and to send a short survey about what would help your job search.
• Your role and source are used to understand who is joining and why.

These details are not used for anything else on this page.

Where it is stored

Your details are written to a Google Sheet by a Google Apps Script, and confirmation emails are sent through Google. Google processes this data on our behalf.

Cookies and tracking

This page sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts or fonts today. If that changes, this page will be updated before it does.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

• Reply to any ApplyMaxx email to stop receiving them.
• Email us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you.
• You can also complain to South Africa's Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
